WEBSITE GOVERNANCE COMMITTEE
The Website Governance Committee seeks to develop and maintain guidelines and policies for TAAJH, KSA sites and initiatives in order to publish the authentic information of the University and it's Alumni. It will explore new initiatives and strategies, receive and review suggestions for changes and improvements, and make recommendations to maintain continuity. The committee will ensure TAAJH, KSA’s online presence (Taajh.org) aligns with the mission, values and goals of the University and TAAJH Committee.
Responsibilities
- Establish appropriate and clearly-written policies, processes, and procedures that set high standards for current and future website functionality and content integrity.
- Review requests from stakeholders for custom functions, designs or exceptions to established branding, content, development, and design policies
- Ensure compliance with all branding, legal and regulatory standards, including accessibility and security, and resolve non-compliance issues
- Review website analytics and metrics to make recommendations on how to improve the overall structure, design and content of the website
